The Consolidated Court Automation Programs (CCAP) system enables residents to access Wisconsin court records and court cases of the circuit courts. Section 19.31-19.39 of Wisconsin's open records law clearly states that said court cases records are to be available viewing from the public.
The majority of court cases in Wisconsin are available through the WCCA website (Wisconsin Circuit Court Access). The information that is available through the WCCA is a duplication of relevant court cases information. Any legal proceeding requires an official copy.
