New Hampshire Court Records

The New Hampshire Court Records are accessible by the public due to the general policy of the Judicial Branch of the State of New Hampshire. The goal of the policy is to effectively recognize the public's right to access any proceedings which have been documented and are kept in the court records of New Hampshire. While the goal of providing services and fulfilling request for viewing of New Hampshire court records is of substantial concern to the staff of the clerk and register office, the duty of fulfilling these requests will not be completed at the cost of efficiently delivering other services pertinent to maintaining the court records of New Hampshire. The Judicial Branch of the State of New Hampshire has also determined that the ability to identify which tasks and request have priority over one another is at the discretion of the governing bodies of which each archive of court records is maintained.
