Indiana Court Records

Unfortunately, retrieving or viewing electronic copies of Indiana court records or the information contained within any court records of Indiana is restricted by both state and federal law. State and federal restrictions operate in conjunction with further court orders and rules which may affect only specific cases. That's not to say you cannot get the information you need, however. The state of Indiana provides access to a large database of Indiana court records through the state website, and all information has been made available as a service to the public. Information which can be retrieved from the state website cannot be used as a form of official court record and may in fact have minute omissions or errors. Only official copies received from the managing government body can release any official court records of Indiana. In the event that any of these records mention or list financial information pertinent to a case, all of the financial information may not be present or reflected, and no arguments of any kind should be based on incomplete records.
